This requires installation of a new ACTIVEX control the first time the computer is used to view images.
If the computer you are using has not been updated you will be prompted to apply the new update. (You may see a thin yellow bar pop up near the top of your screen.) Simply follow the instructions.
You may apply the update manually if it is more convenient - Simply download the ActiveX v2.2 folder and save it to your computer (right-click pm the preceeding the link then click Save As and save it to your computer). Navigate to the saved the folder, then double-click the "install.bat" file.
Check with your IT department if you have difficulty installing the update - you may not have sufficient user rights on that computer to install new programs.
