Please remember that use of our image web server is limited to physicians (and their designated staff) who have a current treatment relationship with a patient or are otherwise authorized by the patient to review their images.
By signed agreement, those authorized to access our image server agree to, among other things:
- use our image server for HIPAA approved activities only;
- deactivate access for anyone no longer employed in the practice;
- prohibit sharing of assigned personal user names and passwords; and,
- alert us to any misuse of our system they uncover.
We routinely audit use of our web server for inappropriate utilization.
Inappropriate use of our web server may result in termination of privileges.
